It is essential to ensure surface mounted components are processed and stored in a controlled environment. After processing the devices may need baking / drying before being packed ready for storage and shipping. Our moisture barrier bags are available in three layer and four layer construction

* Its normal structure is PET/AL/CPE or PET/AL/NY/CPE.Composites well, can barrier moisture, air, light.
* The surface resistance: 108~1011
* Available in open flat, self sealed, can customize big bag for large machines.
* Sizes are on request.
* Thickness: regular 4.9mils (0.125mm), 5.5 mils (0.14mm), other thickness are on request.
* Sealing: two sides or three sides
* Edge: 5mm, or 10mm according to bag size.
* Opening: at long side, or open at short side
* Packing: 100pcs/bag, or 200pcs/bag
* Can be vacuum sealed for dry packaging applications.
* High tensile and puncture resistance
* Moisture barrier, anti-static, anti- electromagnetic interference.
* It is suitable for packing of PCB, IC and other static sensitive components.
* Not transparent, product can not be seen from outside the bag.
